By its structure and size, this house is characteristic for Rădăuţi area in a period including the second half of the 19^th century and the first half of the 20^th century.

The dwelling structured “room-hall-room” includes, under the back eaves, a storeroom with access to the hall and, behind the kitchen, there was the “little stable” for animals, with access from the yard and the coop. Therefore, the household includes a house, a storeroom, stables and a coop.
