Mayoralty – Revne village, Kitsmani rayon, 1933
The Administrative Building from year 1933 – a Romanian period for Bucovina. The building has four rooms and a hall (hallway). The size and blueprint of the building are not exactly in accordance with the folk architecture traditions. Nonetheless, some aspects have the features of a traditional building. The building was erected on a normal peasant house – made of logs covered with clay and straws, which made the walls more resistant. The building included the Mayoralty, gendarmerie, the reception room of the deputies as well as a living room for the head of gendarmerie. The Mayoralty furniture is typical for the village institutions from 20th century Bucovina, especially the 20th and 40th.
